For the past several weeks, good numbers of speckled trout and redfish holding nearly at every well from A-Lease to Jack’s Pocket……………
Biggest problem has been the winds. Got to have light to varible to work each one. Use your trolling motor, working both sides.
Fish are holding near the the structure.
Some wells are better than others. It’s up to you to find the ones with the most shell. Mostly on the north side…………………
Best lead is 3/8 or 1/4 oz. Colors are limetruse, plum, pearl, glow or dynamite(Gulp)……………N. Chicken or L Tiger
Water temp really dropped the past few days to around 78 degrees. Color is good.
Redfish are holding under mud bottom. Look for mud streaks in clear area’s. Between the dredge and the river.
